Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

1. Introduction

At Game Time MA, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy outlines the process for returning products to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must have been purchased directly from Game Time or an authorized distributor.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• The return must be initiated within 20 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must not be damaged or show signs of misuse.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Customized or personalized items
• Products with missing or damaged serial numbers
• Downloadable software products
• Gift cards

4. Return Process

4.1 Requesting an RMA

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at gametime@fightsupplyshop.com to request an RMA number. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number along with return instructions.

4.2 Preparing the Return

1. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

1. Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Inspection and Refunds

5.1 Inspection

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3 business days.

5.2 Refunds

• If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund the cost of return shipping.
